Terms and Conditions

Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by customers via the online store www.intercomverlag.ch at intercom Verlag, Limmatstrasse 180, 8005 Zurich, Switzerland. The following general terms and conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. The delivery offer applies to Switzerland and abroad. Before sending a completed order form, our customers are asked to agree to the General Terms and Conditions by clicking on the field “I have read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions”. Only then does an order become legally valid.

Conclusion of contract

By placing an order and accepting the General Terms and Conditions, the customer makes a legally binding offer to purchase. In any case, the customer receives a confirmation after placing the order. The confirmation is of an informal nature and does not mean that the ordered goods are in stock at the time the order is placed. All orders are binding. In the event of delivery problems, you will be informed as soon as possible and temporarily unavailable titles will be reserved for you. You have the option of canceling orders for temporarily unavailable titles at any time.

Shipping

Shipping is by B Mail (Swiss Post). Delivery costs vary depending on weight and country. Benefit and risk are transferred to the customer when the goods are dispatched. intercom Verlag is not liable for delays in delivery or for goods damaged during delivery.

Prices

All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT and exclusive of shipping costs. We expressly reserve the right to adjust prices.

Methods of payment

Orders are payable immediately. You can purchase our products with credit cards via our PayPal account. The respective credit card information is transmitted via a secure HTTPS connection.

Right of return and incorrectly delivered items

We ask all our customers to check the ordered goods immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the delivery, please note the following:
Goods can only be taken back if they are:
– are returned to info@intercomverlag.ch within 10 days of receipt and after prior notification;
– show no signs of use;
– are sent to the following postal address:
intercom Verlag, Limmatstrasse 180, CH – 8005 Zurich
The customer is responsible for the proper packaging of the returned goods and bears the costs for the return shipment. If the above criteria are met, intercom Verlag will refund the corresponding amount via the payment method used for payment. Any losses due to currency fluctuations shall be borne by the customer. In the event of an incorrect delivery, we will exchange the item in question for the correct copy. Please always state your address and the reason for the return.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
